not a bad video but honestly "magnetic variation" should be thought from the outset to avoid bad habits and later confusion, my 2 cent. Otherwise well thought out content and emphasis.

Best vid I've seen on the subject. He does what any good public speaker does: tell you what he's abouit to tell you, tells you, then tells you what he just told you.
