One of the toughest challenges for software testing is designing an approach compatible with economic constraints and fast product release cycles. Balancing quality, cost and time-to-market for maximum ROI is difficult to achieve, and focusing on the "perfect testing center" is time-consuming, expensive and subject to numerous changes--all this, without guaranteeing added value to the organization. An empowered testing center may present an option to address the issues.

This conversation will focus on sharing practical ideas/examples on how to obtain a testing organization that's mature, low footprint and adaptable, to effectively capitalize on value for a wide range of software testing requirements.
