The only 'meat' I eat is chicken and fish. I don't eat beef or pork. I live in Thailand and most Thais NEVER eat beef and usually eat pork or chicken but with a lot of fish. It's no wonder Americans are so FAT and die so much earlier than many other nationalities. It's the crap like hamburgers that they put in their body. I mean, I don't know ANYONE who eats 3 burgers a week. ONLY Americans!!

Processed meat sucks. I only buy steaks. I have to get my long-chain proteins and iron from somewhere. I'm glad my country doesn't feed them corn.

Chicken, fish or pork is not any healthier than beef. It might not be as hazardous to the enviroment but it will destroy your health in the same way.

Well, let me see - cows add to climate change, chickens are fed hormones to bulk them up while stuck in crowded cages, pigs are easily prone to swine flu, and fish will soon become more plastic than animal.... We clearly need to get our "complete"protein from somewhere else.
