Thanks for posting this! Another one I notice on my own journey is bliss - are we afraid of it? Why do we have a seemingly great capacity to experience pain, but not a corresponding capacity for bliss? Or do we have it and are just not capable of easily experiencing bliss?

I notice that opening and balancing energy flow in the chakras, whether alone or with others, has multiplied my capacity for bliss.

Also, a tip for those practicing...continue by noticing your fear. Do not dismiss it. Face it and ask the fear if it belongs to you. Is it in tune with your masculine or feminine body? Is it in current time? Is the time period that it believes to be its own time period right now? Let it to move to whatever time line it belongs to.
