I don't know but'd like to. I used to use Devpac (Gens/Mons) and Zeus assembler.

References to symbols defined elsewhere. Possibly some hardware addresses (each display attribute named separately or something?) that are part of the standard headers for that assembler?

So this is Z80 disassembler window? Which disassembler did you use? I am asking because I don't recognize the 'ext' statements (if I see correct, it's a bit blurry). I used to use Hisoft's Gens/Mons.
