South Bay Vocational Center's 2nd Annual Halloween Fun Day was a huge success with the help of local partnerships with Miller United Insurance Brokerage Inc., Clear Foundation, 35 Narbonne High School student volunteers, SBVC staff and the local community. Despite the morning rain over 500 visitors attended the 6 hour event.
