Kylin is one of Broadway's top dancers and has performed as a Radio City Rockette and is currently an Ensemble Dancer with The Lion King. They also should have mentioned that when wearing heels, you have to let your hips relax and roll when you walk. If you try to walk with them stiff, your legs with stiffen as well since there's no flexibility at the vector. That's what I found anyway. Open back wedges are pretty much impossible for me, though. They fall right off my foot, and I hate to grip shoes with my toes. Tiring and painful.
