@PatrikN793 Nice! You know exactly what I was talking about when I said I was exhausted then. High intensity workouts really take it out of you!

@PatrikN793 That's good to hear man. At least one of us got away with it!
-
@Health4Thought Yeah, high intensity workouts really do take it out you as you say! It was really tough, but I loved it!
And I believe I was kind of lucky that I didn't get any scars, but still! No problem man!
-
@PatrikN793 No scars? Man I wish... I think I do touch my face alot so I will try and stop doing that. Thanks for the advice!

@philipmcauley Ya don't get me wrong I don't get them nearly as bad and often as I did in highschool, but I was just under the impression that pimples stopped after entering into adulthood.
-
@LadyFatabulous I will try to not wipe my face but I sweat a ton! Thanks for the help!

@thewayyoudance Ya I actually do the benzo at night I forgot to mention that in the vid. Also, I drink about a gallon of water a day as well. Water is all I drink too, besides a post workout gatorade.
fuck acne. i'm on the same boat. i'm 22, i clean my face a lot more often, and i still get this shit. working out surely doesn't help either.

@vaalenciago Ya man. I think it's kinda a genetic thing because I know people who never wash there face and they are acne free and always have been.

shit dude im 35 and still get them! not bad but can still be annoying especially at 35! when i was 17 i longed to be 18 cause i to thought thats when there suppose to go but they never did! i hear food intolerance's can cause acne because it produces toxins in the body with dairy being the biggest culprit though, something to do with hormones in milk ect..

@boneTHUGS111 hmmm thats interesting. I actually don't drink milk, but I wonder if mine are being caused by another intolerance.... thanks for the info!
