BMA: Medical student, Tom Foley from the MSC's Finance sub-committee, talks about a new BMA report which shows medical student debt could almost double to £37,000 as a result of the introduction of top-up fees and discusses why there has to be an independent review of medical student finance.
The video clip also features interviews with two students who will each face £50,000of debt when they graduate (28th May 2008)
Morrisons? Oh the horror! You poor little darling, how awful for you! (Thank goodness you haven't got to spend your whole life there like everyone else eh?)
Oh and medical students quit moaning! You've got the whole of your life and excellent wages while you feel smug and superior to everyone else. Med students at UEA are always in Concrete (student newspaper) enjoying some jolly jape so life's panned out pretty good really hasn't it?

I'll be same as Tom (I sympathise with you pal). The free grant crap covers some (The mums and dads who bring in little or no income)so just the "situations" with the apparent problams get the funding oppossed to the people like us in moderate families who want to do well and have to work twice as hard. Me in particualr, I'm working at Morrisons already
I want to do Design and Engineering at uni
