Infowars.com has received a document originating from Halliburton subsidiary KBR that provides details on a push to outfit FEMA and U.S. Army camps around the United States. Entitled "Project Overview and Anticipated Project Requirements," the document describes services KBR is looking to farm out to subcontractors. The document was passed on to us by a state government employee who wishes to remain anonymous for obvious reasons.

You might as well call them "Post office camps" or "FDA camps". FEMA doesn't have an intelligence division. The FEMA budget is transparent. All I am saying is, maybe this is army or maybe CIA or whatever, but FEMA was started by retired federal workers to assist a state that is overwhelmed by a disaster and needs help. They aren't in any shape to be running a prison facility. We aren't even required to take a physical to work for FEMA LOL!

FEMA's First Essential Function is Enduring the "Continuity of Government =COG' They are prepared for running a prison facility's and REX 84 was part of the program. Continuity of Operations, as defined in the National Security Presidential Directive-51/Homeland Security Presidential Directive-20 (NSPD-51/HSPD-20) and the National Continuity Policy Implementation Plan (NCPIP),  You're not in any shape to work for FEMA. LOL !

I work for FEMA and I help survivors who have been ravaged by disasters here in the United States. I have never seen any evidence that FEMA is trying to imprison citizens of the United States. Please contact FEMA and ask them to verify all information you get from sources like this. Why spread terror and panic? Why does INFO WARS fail to get the opposite point of view? When you don't allow for rebuttal all you are doing is spreading propaganda. This is nonsense.

@susansayler Because your government has plans to round up american citizens under a crisis just like Dr. Alan Keys told me personally with the documents like Operations Garden Plot and R.E.X. 84. in the public arena it's only a matter of time before you realize COG has been planning to imprison people during a civil unrest.

That's why I can spread this cause the soldiers are telling us about the propaganda. As they intend for a total military takeover after an emergency.

@N0LINKNEWS @susansayler FEMA was completely reorganized under the DHS and again post Katrina. The questionable references you cite are 1970s and totally out of date. Next you'll site the Code of Hammurabi?

@N0LINKNEWS REX-84 was a part of Garden Plot which proposed the detention of up to 21 million "American Negroes" in the U.S. Do you realize that a huge portion of FEMA employees are black including both of my immediate supervisors? LOL!

You start talking about "the government" as if FEMA is the government. Remember, FEMA supports the state emergency management team. It is the state emergency management agency in each state that maintains authority at all times. When a disaster declaration is made the state deploys first responders. If the first responders and the state's emergency management team is overwhelmed, they ask the Federal government to "send in the calvary".

@susansayler Why? Because look at what happened to the Japanese AMERICAN CITIZENS during WW2 after Pearl Harbor. They literally lost all of their rights overnight.

Look what happened to the Jews in germany in that same time. If you think that could never happen in the U.S. please look up "Project Paper Clip" in which Nazi war criminals were folded in to the U.S. government after WW2.

What would be really interesting would be to find out who the subcontractors are. Most of this sounds like services for staff rather than detainees.

so are we just going to sit around and do nothing? Maybe these camps should be taken down befor they are done making them or some thing like that .. I find it hard to believe our own troops would allow themselves to used for such a task.

I hate the rich greedy men that screw up and distroy everything they get there hands on!!!!
