You had candida problem! By going raw you starved it, but after going through the colon cleanse you flushed it out of your system completely :)

Congrats on dumping the sugar addiction! I'm working on dumping mine and it's getting better. Most refined sugars are GMO also...yikes! I'm starting back at the yoga today too! Happy Xmas eve! I hope Santa brings you something good ;)

I also was praying for the Lord to show me what I should do to change the path I was on joanheron1 and I knew when I found all this raw foodists community on YouTube that this was it how exciting!

I'm thinking you should maybe tag your videos better... using a lot more search words.... then you may get a much bigger audience.

@zjaz10 Well you have to go to a colon hydrotherapist to get a colonic done. Or get a colema board, but I heard those are a pain. If you are interested in the raw food diet check out my detox plans. Were launching a new program in a few days that starts Jan 3rd. All the links are under my vids! xo
