The ND Department of Human Services 2011 underage drinking prevention campaign titled "Take a Closer Look" (TACL) is the theme of a series of television public service announcements and live public address messages that aired during the State B Girls & Boys Basketball Tournament & Class A Girls & Boys Basketball Tournament.
The ads inform parents they are the number one influence in their children's life. Also, showcases positive strategies parents and other adults can use to encourage healthy & safe behaviors among youth.
