This appealing complex is situated on the east coast of Mallorca amidst a beautiful nature protection area close to the Bay of Mondragó. The grounds incorporate the bathing cove Cala Barca Trencada, which lies among enchanting and peaceful surroundings. A number of small yet splendid sandy bays are to be found in the vicinity. Set from the hustle and bustle, the Mediterranean natural world may be enjoyed here. An ideal location for children and water sports enthusiasts; Porto Petro is located 3 km from the complex whilst Cala D´Or is around 7 km away. There is a regular bus service that can be taken advantage of. Links to the public transport network, shops, restaurants, bars and pubs are all to be found within 100 m of the complex.

Facilities:
Renovated in 2001, this apartment complex offers a 2-storey main building and a 2-storey annexe block with a total of 779 apartments on grounds spanning 72,500 m². Facilities on offer include a foyer with a reception desk, a currency exchange desk, a small supermarket, shops, a pizzeria, an ice cream counter and a hairdresser's salon. There is also a bar, a nightclub, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (with highchairs for children) available for use. A conference room is also on offer.
