The Solutrean culture appeared during the Upper Paleolithic (about 25,000 years ago) in WESTERN Europe, known as Cro Magnon. They manufactured distinctive stone tools as the Solutrean. The easliest people to populate the Americas used the exact same too technology, but it was called Clovis and populated America from the EAST.

I'm a quarter "Native American" and really don't care because caring about such things is too racists and makes bloodlines important.
