These forms are passed down form Grand-Master Chiu Chuk Kai with no modifications.

Andrew Yuen is a disciple of Sifu Galen Fok and still practices his forms.

Sifu Fok studied with Grand-Master Chiu Chuk Kai from 1972-1984 in Hong Kong.
