its a "twin turbo" pipe. i bought it with the moped. all i know is they stopped making it.

yes it has a locking gas cap and u can put some very small items under the seat. there is not a lot of room at all

No most are kick start or electric start the key is only for storage and to lock the front wheel

twin turbo is a knock off biturbo the same thing basically but ya im getting an lx over the weekend tha coolest ped on the rode
