    do you add cornstarch to thicken up the soup? I want to try this. My local Chinese restaurant makes great egg flower soup, but I think they add chestnuts ( I think) not sure what it is ( water chestnuts?)

    but how long do you cook the soup for? to cook the chicken throughly
