@LogoAttitude: It makes perfect sense, since Paramount made the show in the first place, for them to plaster the older show with the new Paramount logo (and also with the correct musical jingle.) It isn't any more monotonous than the older Paramount logos, and even more beautiful.
I've alway wondered why Paramount didn't do what Columbia did and reactivate the Famous Studios division as a producer of TV shows that same way Columbia did with Screen Gems.

Bob Basso was an anchor man at KHON-TV Channel 2 Honolulu in the early 70s. Like many local Honolulu anchors and personalities he was on an episode of Hawaii Five-0.
