If Sean Still believes what he's preaching he should be ashamed of himself. The only Catholic Church he represents is the secularit's within the Church. He tries to belittle a priest doing great work. I'd deny him the Eucharist, too.

We need more priests like Fr. Euteneuer to deny public figures who are cafeteria Catholics or out-right heretics like Biden or Pelosi, people who promote intrinsic evils in opposition to the Faith they say they belong to, the Holy Eucharist.

Think whatever you want about the Catholic Church, but since you're not a Catholic, you don't know what it really means to be a real Catholic or not.

Yes, that's what I think so too. Ever since Vatican 2, people have been abandoning the Church and lost their faith, but people are too dumb to see the big picture and only see a few selective facts and believe everything the secular media feeds them. It's sad.

It is not a matter of trying to play it down. The public school system and evangelical institutions have a far more extensive cover up and abuse problem both currently and in history- so where is the media ?

There is no spin you can put on the child abuse problem within your church. Of course it is not exclusive to the Catholic church but to try and play it down is not much better than denying the Holocaust.

That is an interesting POV, because in 2007 20/20 ran an investigative report based on independent insurance industry statistics showing that married evangelical protestant ministers have nearly twice the rate of child sex abuse complaints against them then the celibate RCC clergy. In fact, you are more likely to be a child molestor than a Catholic priest.

In fact one FBI agent testified in LA County Court in 2010 he believed that at least half the accusations against priests were false.

No they're empty because parents don't want their children to get raped and then have the church protect the rapist and act like they're above the law. And even those without children disapprove of child abuse.
