rascism is just wrong full stop, gangbangers have no place in a civilized society, maybe they should try living in a realy poor country, lets see how long it is before they start screeming about there human rights being abused. sorry, i tollorate a lot of people for a lot of things but using poverty in America as an excuse to perpetrate hate is just wrong

Strange as it is, most people in the media and the authorities don't label minorities killing other minorities as a hate crime.
However, if a gang of whites kill and gang of blacks or other minorities, they would call this a hate crime.
