I think this might have been in 2004-2005, he looks about the same age as in the movies Icon and King Solomon's Mines (maybe 52-54.) He was actually in really good shape, as he and his wife, Lisa, had recently completed One Last Dance, released to video in 2003. If you haven't seen One Last Dance, you really should, it's a beautiful movie--music and dance--and he and Lisa dance wonderfully in it, along with a company of brilliant young dancers they put together for the movie.
