Phnom Penh Rob and Kill in Cambodia

Mother and a son were trying to escape from three robbers when they were carrying approximately 100,000,000 Riels (30,000 US dollars) on their bike. The mother and the son ran into the crowded market expecting that the robbers would not chase further. But the robbers followed them and grabbed the money package and walked out of the market. The mother followed one of the robber to get her money back. During the scuffle, two robbers shot her death. She was shot three times, one in the stomach, another in the neck, and the last one in the head.

Look, None of us were there....and no doubt it is sad when a human being takes anothers life....but I think there is a LOT more than meets the eye. none of us have the whole story and this does NOT look like a robbery. I would say that it looks more like two people being chased, they crashed and one got cuaght while one got away. maybe had to do with drugs or something...either way, doesn't look like an inncocent thing happening. still sad though.

@MotherEarthswarrior if someone rob a bank with guns, would you be a hero and try to help ? i doubt it. It's not that no one want to help it's just they can't . this is the 3rd world ppl we are talking about. they will kill you will a blink of an eye. It happen all over the world not just in cambodia.

Reminds me of the woman in New York City being stabbed to death screaming for help and no one helped. Then the killer even came back and made sure of the job, still no one helped. Gun battles between drug gangs even in Toronto where a teen girl got shot an killed just because she happened to be shopping with her mom. Similar things can happen anywhere... not just in Cambodia... Even a big killing in Norway lately. 85 kids shot dead...... ain't just the third world.... You can die anywhere.
