I developed carpal tunnel syndrome in my left hand and it is a real pain. I have been using my left hand for years to press my remote control buttons to surf, set program times, cancel programs, look days ahead at the sceduled programs, cancel this, surf to that. I am convinced this constant use of my remote is what caused it. Oh well, good for some things bad for others (remotes)
