whats the rules there as far as pads and age ?cuz i know up north the parks have a age limit up to 16 you had to wear a helmet and pads anhyone over 16 didnt

@DirtyWeazels ( this is my new account ) Its in riverside park. Shouldn't be hard to find using google maps or something. Best if you know a local though so they can tell you when Officer ardner is working or not so that way you can skate hassle free. Hes really the only cop that enforces the full pad rule, the rest just leave us alone.

@loganskater1991 Not a good idea....
4 months probation, 12 hours community service and $133 court fine. Thats what I got for skating with a helmet and no elbow and knee pads.
