This is not a good good solution, but I'll say it to make a point: wealthy people don't want to pay people in third world countries more than USD1 per hour to work. BUT...they will spare no expense when it comes to buying illegal drugs. They will snort cocaine and shoot up heroin and slobber over themselves like babies. So...if people in third world countries supplied these drugs to the wealthy, they'd get a LIVING WAGE! That's how sick this world is.

i'm not shocked at that number but i'm more shocked at how we are wasting food. There is no way that people should be starving and we are sitting here and having eating contest or how we are have struggles with obesity here in USA.

@PatheticHero I know a lot of people hate to hear this, but, capitalism allows MOST people to benefit from material wealth. Capitalism + private property ownership has given many Americans the opportunity to become rich when they started out poor. There's always going to be people who get left out in any kind of economic system. It's a good thing that there are people here who are kind enough to donate to charities in that regard.

If you give lip service to wanting to end man's suffering at the hands of man but ignore the fact that Cannabis can feed, clothe, shelter, alleviate suffering and stress, provide a wide range of power sources, and a rediculous amount of other helpful truely sustainable things to this world, all the while never killing a single human being solely from the drug it produces, then you are either completely brainwashed or just plain ignorant. It's not just "eating contests", but gambling problems as well.

So many people waste thousands on casinos(they lose more than they win).

ive been hearing about the starving people for thirty years.. how are starving people living that long... its the same ethiopians in the desert etc... their not starving...its christians using that angle to exstort money from hardworking good hrted americans...
