This Guy's Drill aren't to bad but He isn't showing you correctly. U should never Dribble the ball with your head Down.

@WiseCrack18 he isn't teaching you how to dribble with your head down. He tells you that in other videos. This drill works more on working on COORDINATION...and with some drills dealing teaching more on coordination, you have to dribble with your head down
