Weigh n #2 Still On Extended Induction. Gonna step up the exercise, but sensibly until I catch my mojo stride.

  • 6lbs is great Iz! Glad to hear you are weighing weekly. I find that if I don't do videos weekly I get more off track. Take care buddy!

  • I do low carb & to me, 6lb over 2 wks is not unusual, Things to check, water - 3-4 ltres a day, thats water in addition to any other fluid, salt/preservatives in processed meat/food, it stores water. No alchohol, if you do, it slows it down, plenty of oils. Dont overeat, its not high protein. I get best results from several small meals but its not always practical. good luck for next week

  • I did pretty good today eating smaller meals, but more times. Basically feeding to fuel the body. I hope that I can keep that going. Love the pointers... Thanks mate!

  • I hear what you're saying. I just thought because I am on strict induction and extended induction that I would have had better results. I feel really good "physically" and even if I were to have no pound loss I'd still need to drop the whining. Haha! Thanks bud!
