first you must have fighters already, any style will do as long as its full-contact. Then you must communicate with the Daido Juku HQ in Japan. And then Jukocho and some japanese fighters will come to hold a seminar to judge if you are "allowed" to open a branch.

we really need this in America there's to much disrespect to every martial arts here because of all the mcdojo's thanks to the 80's. This would really spread like a fire because of MMA but to me this offers more because it's a budo. I hope we can really rid every fake martial arts by showing them the truth.

It depends, really if hes fully on the ground no, you are only, allowed knees to the body. but if hes in the process of going down after a sprawl then yes. however if your on the bottem hits to the head are allowed.

And for your second question, no the helmet does not make it much harder to choke however it can get in the way.

A few questions, one I've heard a few times there's a branch in NYC anyone know the address? are knees to the head of an opponent on the ground allowed? like if I sprawl and he's in turtle position could I knee him? are some chokes harder because of the helmet?
