No, when a driver is staged, he is actually 7 inches behind the starting line, when a driver is deepstaged, he is closer to the starting line, but he doesn't get the 7 inches of head start that a shallowstaged driver would have, and 7 inches is alot in drag racing
@fueldragster i dont think he deepstaged. it just looks like the pre-stage light is out, since it never came on
