@newmedia3d Meaningful info. Qualified evaluation of booming finds it incompetent and done by BP employees who are not trained.
There are 3 bad behaviors reponsible, one corporate, one government the third the public. We are the ones demanding the oil.
The other 2 behaviors will not change until we change ours. Please display the video I've uploaded about what our world and lives are going to turn into if we do not stop using oil like we do.

I know about the money issue. BP isn't approving boom at all. I have family that is in Lousiana and has been trying to get them to approve boom that was approved by EPA. They keep talking about the shortage of boom. That is simply not true. BP won't authorize the cost.
