  • Here's a neat trick: 1) Start video. 2) Close your eyes and listen. 3) Congratulations! Now you know what it sounds like in the morning when I rip out a mammoth dump!

  • I think it does really well for a 10hp motor, didn't take long to slice n dice that log!

  • @JohnDeere1317 because the force is exerted through the belt unlike a push mower were it is exerted through the blade which is attatched to the motor's shaft there for the motor absorbs the impact causing the flywheel to move so it shears the key to stop damage to the motor

  • go for a Red Roo try them out..

  • in that video sounds like the blade/knife is dull

  • you should push the last piece with your hand xD

  • @JohnDeere1317 theres usually a belt going from the motor to the blades, it will absorb the sudden stop of the blades

  • @JohnDeere1317 i dont know but ive never had problems and ive chipped many large branches
