The reality is that the electorial college elects the US presidents and it will NEVER elect an independent. The GOP will never let Ron Paul be their candidate. But I hope everyone will vote for him. That will be the only way fix our flawed system.

I would say neither.I want ABRAHAM LINCON!Abraham Lincoln best described democracy as "government of the people, by the people, and for the people." I thought the number one rights given to the U.S. citizens is the "right to vote" I don't remember voting on my tax dollars supporting nuclear waste towards Yucca Mountain.The past 20 years, Billions of dollars have been spent by taxpayers and ratepayers in the construction of this location.

Yeah, but Kucinich was also, but he is not running anymore because they were going to take away his seat in congress, so he had to battle with corporate special interest people that wanted him out of congress, so he dropped out of presidential race to get back, he won congress again and is pushing everyday for peace, impeachment, and speaking out for us. Make sure you look him up. Gravel is great too, if he was to be president, he would definetly choose Kucinich as his running mate.
