this GTO is timed from 0 - 60 in 4.25 seconds. that is just about 1 second faster than stock factory times. Sooooo.......the video is fast or the GTO is not stock. Time it yourself.

Btw, I ran 13.2 @ 106.5mph.  I don't see how this video is anything out of ordinary.

It appears as though you either have done something to this car, or you accelerated the video, and that's why you turned the radio down so no one could hear the words were sped up. That's my guess. And here's why, I own this exact car, and i've even done a few things to it, and it's still not this fast. This video is bullshit

i'm confused. i have the ls2 and it doesn't accelerate nearly that fast nor does it slow down that fast. plus all you hear is engine...no tires. no matter how hard i try...when i touch my gas, i hear my tires. i just don't get it. something's off in this video.

You can't hear the tires, but you can obviously hear and see major wheel when shifting to 2nd gear.

Maybe you should get some tires if your car doesn't have traction?

Lol are you kidding the new GTOs have one of the best interiors of any GM produced. I understand complaints about exterior but the interior is right on.

why does everyone get technical about everything? these cars are beast!!! if you take the limiter off and have the right mods you'll be hitting close to 2hundred mph.. just say nice ride, maybe a couple questions about the car and move on with your life.. not difficult

The Trans am's LS1 was better than this, but then GTO gets the LS2 in '05 which then is able to straight-up kill the trans am

i think this video is real, the shift to 2nd gear sits at 5k waiting for traction to catch before shifting to 3rd.

The sound of the motor is louder than the sound of the music so it sounds like he turned the music off.
