lefthand: the deadnotes inbetween I do with my ring and middlefingers ( just touch over A + D + G string ) they happen always in beat after I pull D and G string...

the forefinger I press mostly on D and G to get the tone ( most on G..) and then move up..

hope that helps...these triplets came out of my feeling..I never anlayzed what I am doing..:-)

because i know this is thumb in thumb out finger 1 finger 2 (slap slap, pop pop)
