@laza988 Dont worry, they can do it with all your teeth. The second molar in the upper jaw is the "hardest" as there is usually a very thin bone layer there between your maxillary sinus and the tooth. But even there they can do it. In patients who has been without some teeth, there will be bone resorption and thet can sometimes demand artificial bonegrafts/bone transplants.

it would be great if we were all just born with perfect teeth and then we wouldnt have to experiace all the pain of dental work. I find it amazing that us humans can do this sort of thing, its amazing that tou can go from a huge gap in your gum to a full set of teeth in a few hours!

@IIbikerII I just got two done yesterday in my upper and there really wasn't any pain. Every couple of hours I get a little discomfort and pressure, but nothing serious.
