You have a design problem here. And it interferes with the function, making it awkward to use. What happened with this? If you are not going to produce the product, will you sell the plans for DIYers? Software. It is available with for use with other MIDI controllers?
Thanks

If the Thummer could only produce the sounds of a bass, then of course you would be correct. Except that even then the Thummer is a lot easier to carry.

Jim, don't forget to bring the thummer to major cities like Chicago! Those are major centers for creativity!

Tektive, once it's released, you'll be able to buy it over the Internet -- even from Chicago-land! :-) I hope to visit Chicago's universities etc. to discuss Thumtronics' innovations -- esp. things like Dynamic Tuning (see thummer [.] com [/] ThumTone/X_System_Overview [.pdf].

That's a prototype of the Thummer(r) -- a forthcoming electronic musical instrument from Thumtronics Inc of Austin, TX. Not yet available, it is expected to be released in 2008. See thummer [.] com.
