This is hard set, first part I show the moves with one kettlebell (16 kg) and then with two. Try to do a 10 minute set with 2 kettlebells. Good luck and have fun!!

  • good workout, i like this one, not enough leg and hip drive on your cleans though mate, but still very impressive functional compound circuit. :)

  • V good. You can also do one arm bent over row for back after doing the push up

  • lol every time the camera went out of focus, it looked like it was wincing because it thought you were going to throw the kettlebell at it.

  • Looks like a lot of fun!

    Never thought of using pull ups after a thruster
