  • In china

    people still help eachother

  • @unknwn55 You fool the bike guy committed no crime. He's in CHINA! Only in America is helping someone out a crime. only in America can some fat bitch sue Mcdonalds for spilling coffee in her own lap. Only in America can a burglar fall through a roof and get away with it and his victims money by suing them. When did I say put a bullet in their head? A dead person doesn't learn a lesson. Hell take away the death sentence. i personally think all criminals should have their hands chopped off.

Not sure if serious or just troll....

  • @pissed7off Well, I can't speak for her, but I'm sure given the option she would have preffered a cooler cup. The point of fact is that McDonalds was aware and admitted that their coffee would cause serious burns if consumed immediatly, but decided not to change their practices even though this incident was repeated hundreds of times at hundreads of establishments. And she wasn't fat, she was 100 pounds.

  • @zxqwerxz No. Coffee is expected to be hot. If the coffee was too hot for her, she could have asked for a new cup that was less hot, or asked for them to put cold water in it.

  • @neofire10 To be fair, that McDonalds incident was justified. McDonalds was aware that their machines could make coffee too hot, potentially hot enough to harm their customers. However, they predicted that the cost of being sued for an accident was less than the cost of updating all their machines, so they did nothing to the problem. The point of the suit was to send a message to Mcdonalds that they cannot prioritize profits over the safety of their customers.
