man those ribs looks hella good...everytime i BBQ ribs i first boil them until they're midium-rear..then BBQ on the grill,but your ribs looks GOOD!

Actually, they were good, but I didn't do anything but grill them, since it was for the shoot. If I were to cool them myself, I poach them in the oven before hand, for like 3 hours.
