crap too many algorithms.. but can you give me a few to practice my finger tricks?

I use the fridrich method and I practice alot during the weekend... like hours. You will become better, just look ahead and execute quickly, learn finger tricks.

I learneed on jessica fridrichs website. Just google jessica fridrich or fridrich method and it will pop up. Good luck! Any more questions you have, feel free to ask.
