Have you read their discriptions? They say that appearantly that Nikolai rose through the ranks before the war marrying politically. Then when he found someone of higher political rank, his previous would "dissapear" He kept doing this until his 5th wife, who mysteriously died sharpening Nikolai's axe with her neck. Then he was approached by Stalin to join the war.
