Parents of kids branded overweight by the local NHS debate the problem.
When the parents of Bailey Russell and Gracie Hill received letters from their local NHS claiming that their children were overweight and at risk from diabetes, heart disease and cancer they were understandably concerned.
They were after all healthy looking children with an active lifestyle.
