and jog maybe 8 miles a day and lift weights you will drop weight fast
oh yeah eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, fish, chicken breast, whole wheat bread

@futureistic1000 I think Gatoride is okay if you've just finished an intense workout and need to replenish. But if you're just sitting around and you're drinking its a waste of calories. Just my opinion though. :)
