@JaboBabo that would be because unlike some people think, football is not everything in life. we are proud of what we have instead of thinking of what we dont have. We have something here at Auburn that you cant find anywhere else. its called a FAMILY. We all love each other no matter what and we all have that Auburn spirit within us, which remains forever. So yeah, we havent had the best football seasons but we have a pride in what we do have ACADEMICALLY. WAR DAMN EAGLE.

the players play the game on the field auburn can wear what ever they want but they still have to play the game...i do think it will be close toss up game..hope no one gets injured..i hope auburn wins the rest of their games after saturdaynight.

@carroln but in reality, both teams took their mascot from the orange and black Princeton Tigers. Both teams were originally orange and black as well, but as we all know, Clemson changed their secondary color to purple and Auburn changed their secondary color to navy blue. It is why both chose dark colors, however. Just thought all of you might want a history lesson. The only thing Clemson really took from Auburn is the architecture style, which was inspired by Auburn's beautiful campus.

@preshead Someone doesn't know their history. The tiger paw was first used by Clemson and it was in the 70s that it started being used. As for the whole Clemson stole Auburn's colors and mascot, it's actually that Heisman and Riggs were both big Princeton fans, who happened to be, you guessed it, the orange tigers. And do not give me that guff about it coming from that poem. Clemson's colors and mascot supposedly came from the orange and black socks they wore to their first ever game,
