The chords were already somewhat complex so I didn't want to complicate things with a weird rhythm. I felt the best way to get a simple, rocky feeling out of pgrizzlie's chords was to make the driving force behind the loop not the strumming of the chords, but rather get some ballsy powerchords punching through and driving the song.

The powerchords are E, F#, A, and D. Then, E,F#, A, and G.

With the powerchords driving the tune, it loses some of the feeling from the original chords. I tried to fix this by having a simple lead playing to accent the feeling.

-since Rivers asked for a loop with just these four chords, I figured he just wanted a verse, that's why I didn't make an intro or chorus or whatever.

I don't have a drumkit, or know how to do a drummachine. If I could, I'd have done the drums with an accent on the powerchord beats.

The bass is just playing the rootnotes of each powerchord. Again, with the complex chord structure in the background I didn't want to muddy things up.
