Administrative Remedy is about settling your differences in paperwork BEFORE going to court. Everyone has the right to question any contractual relationship they have entered into. You have no right to demand an answer from your neighbor who you are not in contract with, but the iRS, the Banks, the Credit card companies, the DMV etc all claim to be in contract with you and make demands on you. I know nothing, learn from Bill Thornton(1215.org), Tim Turner(moneyonaccount.com), Greg Gentry (commercialremedies.com)

Thanks. I've also heard that the old cops-hiding-in-the-bushes trick may rise to the level of entrapment. Thanks also for the lead to Robb Ryder. Peace to you as well,

  • @truthseeker209 rolling stops, would amount to $500+ here in ca, they were sitting with lights off waiting.. check out robbb ryder peace..

Good job! I've heard of writing "without prejudice UCC" above your signature, but not "no contract". If I may ask, what were you stopped for? Thanks,

  • ive signed two tickets now NO CONTRACT, never filed by offersir.. also mentioned to one i was not using their dirver license as ID, he saw what i wrote and said, No problem its your right to drive have a nice night.. im a year into research of natural law and feeling good..

  • look up imbatman57 in youtube & talkshoe.com

  • Id love to see the look on the trooper or county sheriff after I hand back the ticket with those words

put onthe ticket as stated above. Lol !!!!

  • a traffic ticket is a pre printed terms contract.you just need to write your 2 terms on the ticket.1.no assured value.2.no liability, then sign the ticket=it's worthless

  • I have left you consecutive comments on your part 5 strawman explaining an issue I am involved in and a request for you to contact me at bucknn@gmail.com or a way to contact you. thanks Peace&Freedom, Buck

  • @teckniec2 Actually, ask what happens for refusal to sign and then just sign it

    By: John Doe U/D

where U/D is under duress. He will never note it and sometimes will scratch out the part where you wrote U/D to get rid of it.

  • @Tadow001

Ask what happens if you refuse, officer will say he will take you to jail. Say ok I'm signing this under duress(make sure he notes it) If he refuses ask for a supervisor.
