Intervention Canada is the Canadian version of the Emmy Award-winning A&E series Intervention. We profile Canadians whose dependencies on drugs, alcohol or other compulsive behavior has brought them to a point of personal crisis and estranged them from their friends and loved ones.

In this two-minute preview you meet just a few of our subjects, whose behaviours and addictions to crack cocaine, alcohol, meth and other substances are slowly destroying their lives. Are they ready for an intervention?

What happen if you knew some friend from the other end of the country just hook on cocaine but couldn't do anything to help? Is there any organization that I could contact to get in touch of her to get clean before too late? I know it's hard to get a junkie go clean themselves even they are crying for help. Unfortunately, I am at the other end of the coast line.
