Matt, When you make it you realize that there is not nearly enough and there is no need to store it. It is delicious. The first time we put what little what was left in the fridge and it separated a little. I used Jim Beam and feel an expensive Bourbon would not make it much better but more bourbon did. Definitely use a hand mixer, by hand is brutal. Did not freeze it but thought next time I am going to try and bake it hard. Drink enough and you may just grow some big glasses thats for sure LOL!

Thanks Doug. I wear those glasses when the weather is poor and I have to shovel the walk. Sometimes to the corner store. Freaks out the local population a bit but I like them. LOL! If I am wearing them out I can for sure know that the wife will be staying home.

It was great. Not like what I get in the store but smooth and REALLY thick, like marshmallow. My wife ate it with a spoon. You could easily double the bourbon to thin it out and still have a great treat.

Thanks Bryan, I was just thinking about consuming a dozen eggs in an evening as far as storage went... Beams Choice is on sale, I will get some of that and save the Makers Mark...
