Kevin Smith's "Dogma" - Alanis Morrisette's "Still"

A Fan Video of my favorite Kevin Smith film, "Dogma". Music: "Still" sung by Alanis Morrisette, featured at the end of the film during the credits.

This video centers around God's perspective, played by Alanis Morrisette in the film.

One thing I've never mentioned: I've been wanting to make this video since I first saw the movie, which was almost ten years ago. I'm glad I'm finally able to do so. This movie definitely helped me in my own spiritual search (I'm now an agnostic). I hope I can do it justice.

*Edit* : I've recently heard of the sad news that George Carlin has passed. :(
Since this will probably be the only one of my videos that he will be featured in, I would like to take this opportunity to wish him well, wherever he may be, and may he rest in peace.

yeah, I had a bitch of a time editing this, and it still didn't quite come out as I expected. It's kind of hard when transitions seem to stall during editing so I can't really see what it looks like until I finally render it. Making videos on a laptop is frustrating.

Part of it was just his sort of sense of humor, I guess, part of it was for publicity. Seriously, how funny would it be to protest your own movie? And I also suppose it was to make fun of the losers who actually protested his movie (all 10 of them).

you should check out the acoustic version of this song!!! and i don;t understand why 6 people don;t like this song.... they should listen harder to the message in the song. This film is awesome by the way!!!
