Here is a challenge for you in strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. I like holding onto my foot doing the pistol squat. The close chain between my leg and arm make it easier for me to balance and get up from the squat. If you have the flexibility try holding your foot and let me know what you think. Give it a go!!! CT

As usual you look great doing pistol squats. I like this variation with a lunge in-between pistols.
